This breakfast dish is something I hadn’t heard about until 2013. I thought it was some sort of exquisite food item. And then one lazy afternoon at the mall I thought I shall just give it a try.
Oh man it was the best decision of my life. Immediately was telling my brother about how good this waffle was and made him crave for it. The moist inside and the nicely cooked exterior. Man! That was just heaven. That too when the item was topped up with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Yum! It was in the amanora mall, Pune.
After that I started trying out whenever I got the chance. It is such a nice delicacy. The Waf O’Bel in Chetpet is actually nice. Had been there for a blogging event. The belgian waffles they served where so soft and moist. It almost melted in my mouth. There is one other place in Nungambakkam. The name slips my memory. I will try to update it. That place had really good stuff. They made it fresh and it was just great. Right near MotiMahal.
I might actually try and get a waffle iron here. Maybe!

Yes.. The batter is something not many places get it right. But then waffles are still yummm
Umm! Are you talking about “Waffles Thru the Day”? If not please try it out there… They have a Nungambakkam branch and Adyar one… Both are great.. 🙂
I have tried it there too. I am talking about this place that shares floor with a pizza place too. Not sure of the name
